Refund and Return Policy
Overview
At City Hobby , we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with the product, we will do our best to resolve it in a timely and fair manner.
We do not offer refunds for products that are not malfunctioning or were not shipped incorrectly.
In limited situations, we may offer a return or refund if the product is damaged and the damage did not occur during shipping, is malfunctioning or poorly made, or if we shipped the wrong product.
If you receive a product that is seriously damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If you wish to return or request a refund, please provide evidence, such as photographs or videos, and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused(except malfunctioning products) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer returns or refunds for products that are not damaged, malfunctioning, or shipped incorrectly. However, we do offer returns or exchanges in the following situations:
Damaged products:If you receive a product that has been damaged and not caused during shipping, please take a photo or video for evidence and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Malfunctioning products:If you receive a product that is malfunctioning or poorly made, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide evidence, such as a photo or video.
Incorrectly shipped products:If you receive a product that was shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide evidence of the error.
If you need to return an item, please send us an email at info@cityhobby.shop or contact us throughcontact us formwith the following information: your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
City Hobby Enterprise Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
